Position: HR Assistant

Location: Chennai

Criteria: Graduate/MBA in HR with 2+ Years Of Experience in HR Operations

Job Responsibility: 

  • Time Office Management, upkeep attendance and leave records
  • Attendance & Payroll input for salary preparation
  • Preparation of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Appraisal Letter, Relieving Orders, experience letter etc.
  • Liaison -Labour office, ESI office, PF office, Professional Tax.
  • Ensuring Statutory Compliance related to Factories Act.
  • ESI & PF Monthly working & Remittance.
  • Maintaining employee’s personal files and records.
  • New joiners On boarding & Induction
  • Arranging company events (festivals, celebrations etc )
  • Keeping track of Confirmation, probation
  • Interview scheduling
  • General Administration
