Position:  Executive – HR & Admin Operations

Location: Navi Mumbai

Criteria : Graduate, with 3 to 4 years exp in HR Operations & Recruitment, Ability to think critically and communicate effectively, Curiosity to learn, a focus on results and goals, ethics and empathy in practise Excellent Negotiation Skills, Multi-Tasking, Detail-Oriented, and Process-Oriented.

Position Brief:

This position would be responsible for increase recruitment efficiency and the overall productivity, by providing transaction support to the recruitment organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Reimbursement Management
  • Job Posting / Interview Scheduling
  • Follow-up on Resignation from previous employer
  • Managing Joining Formalities / Documentation
  • Conducting Reference checks / Background Checks
  • Follow ups with Managers on Feedbacks
  • Handling Vendor Payments & follow-ups
  • Shared Service Co-ordination
