Position: Logistic Executive
Department: Supply Chain Management
Location: Navi Mumbai
Criteria:
- Any Graduate with experience of 5 + Years into Logistic with working in CHA Firm.
- Knowledge on AEO Certificate process would be added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
•Managing logistics, planning & negotiating with transporters & C&F Agents for cost effective transport solutions & clearances.
•To handle complete cycle of import and export procedure Documentations logistics, Supply chain management.
•Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation
•Coordinate with Custom Authorities, Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Banks, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Agencies, Insurance Companies, Transporters & Movers
•Manage total Import, Export, & Logistic operations and coordinate with direct customers for providing dispatch report as per daily DSR
•Maintaining coordination with Custom House Agent /Freight forwarder for timely removal of all import and Export consignments, checking checklist, arrangement of Duty Payment
•To prepare pre-post shipment documentation (Letter of credit, CAD, DA, advance payment.)
•To arrange documents for customs clearance and follow-up for smooth movements of the shipments. To prepare and circulate various MIS Reports to the management for better performances and exports.
•Organising and follow up for pre shipment inspection as per customers requirement
