Criteria : Any Graduate with 3+ Years of experience in CAD / PLM support
OTHER KEY SKILLS
- Strong trouble shooting skills in CATIA/3D Experinece application
- Strong Troubleshooting skills on CAD/PDM Domain
- Knowledge in MQL,JPO, Business, Triggers
- CAD Operational knowledge can be added advantage
- Knowledge in basic Statistics, Prepare technical documents, issues report
- Analytical skills and logical thinking, Effective Data management and reporting
- Coordination within the team and overseas team, Strong communication, interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work with deadlines & without supervision
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Application/Operational/End user/technical support on CATIA/ 3DExperinece
- To be the Technical reference for CAD/PDM users
- Prepare Incident reports, technical documents, Issue analysis with action plans
- Good rapport with end users by ensuring quality output on technical issues
- Contributes to standard application upgrades and installation requests
