Position: Sr. Executive – Inside Sales
Location: Chennai / Delhi
Criteria: B.Sc with 2+ Years Of Experience In Inside Sales Or Marketing.
Software Proficiency : Ms Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook Express
Language: English, Hindi Or Telegu, Hindi & English (Added Advantage If More Regional Languages)
Job Responsibility
- Source New Sales Opportunities through Cold Calls, Inbound Lead Follow-Up And Outbound Cold Calls (Goodwill & Outstanding Payment Calls) And Emails.
- Understand Customer Needs And Suggest Right Solution.
- Route Qualified Opportunities to the Sales Executives For Further Development and Closure Of Lead.
- Close Sales And Achieve Monthly Targets.
- Research Customers, Identify and Prepare Call Database.
- Maintain And Expand Your Database Of Customers Within Your Territory
- Team With Employee To Build Pipeline And Close Forecasted Numbers Every Month.
- Stay In Contact with Existing And Future Customers For Any Query.
