Position : Head of Quality
Location : Navi Mumbai
Reporting to : Head of Factory
Criteria :
Mechanical Engineer with about 15 years of experience of QA/ QC in Engineering Manufacturing industry having sound experience in machine shop, welding & assembly operations.
Technical Requirements & Job Profile
- He should be able to lead a team of qualified QC engineers .
- He should have thorough knowledge of drawing reading.
- He should possess knowledge in the following areas :
- Material of construction ---i.e. CS ,AS , SS, various types of Castings , Forgings & other engineering material .
- Inspection of machined components, tolerances & surface finish requirements.
- NDT Level – II
- Heat Treatment of Metals
- Welding & its defects, Assembly of components.
- Hands on experience of using Micrometers, various gauges & other instruments .
- Knowledge about Gears & its related terminology, backlash & about Gears inspection.
- Thorough knowledge of ISO – 9001, 14001& 18001.
- About various ISO/ IS Standards , ASME Codes
