Position: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Pune
Criteria: B.com/B.sc with 3+ Years of experience in inside sales.(Exposure of SAP B1 System would be preferable)
Male candidate preferred
Job Responsibilities-
Sales:
- Active (Cross-Selling in case of existing customers) & Proactive (Cold Calls) Sales-Promotion via phone
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- ISM getting Sales targets for Proactive New Sales activities
- Maintain and grow current reseller business
- Support of Campaings / Product pushs
Operations:
- Input & Data maintenance of all Lead´s & BP (Business Partner) Data => Data of Lead contacts will be insert by ISM as well
- Customer master data maintenance: IC code identification, sales address clarifies, sales territory and price setting issues.
- Quoting & Follow ups of existing quotes
- Input & Checking of orders (Transfer & Market Side) => Cooperation with Logistics
- Check contract terms including penalty, delivery date, payment terms etc before stamp, and manage yearly agreements.
- Referencing Quotes with related Sales Orders incl. Delivery dates & Closing deals.
- Track record of stock movement
- Checking of reclamations (e.g. wrong deliveries) & Customer payments (Dunning lines) & processing customer complaints.
- Follow up of open items & Coordination with Finance & archiving documents & make continuous improvement of SOP
- Sample shipping & handling
