Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Delhi
Reporting to: Business Head
Criteria:
Any Graduate with 5+ Years of experience in Cleaning or Hygiene Solution.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for Sales, Marketing and Business development for entire North India
Job Responsibility
- Recruitment of sales team.
- Employee Retention.
- Continuous ongoing training to Sales Team.
- Managing Channel Sales.
- Creating and managing Dealers and Distributors network across the assigned region.
- Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products.
- Ensure quality of distributor activities across region.
- Periodically review distributor performance through team and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps.
- Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share.
- Conduct training seminars as per the requirement of regions.
- Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.
- Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy.
