Position:  Area Sales Manager 

Location: Delhi

Reporting to:  Business Head

Criteria:

Any Graduate with 5+ Years of experience in Cleaning or Hygiene Solution.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for Sales, Marketing and Business development for entire North India

Job Responsibility

  • Recruitment of sales team.  
  • Employee Retention.  
  • Continuous ongoing training to Sales Team.  
  • Managing Channel Sales.  
  • Creating and managing Dealers and Distributors network across the assigned region.  
  • Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products.
  • Ensure quality of distributor activities across region.  
  • Periodically review distributor performance through team and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps.  
  • Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share.  
  • Conduct training seminars as per the requirement of regions.  
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.  
  • Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy.
