Job Position :Executive Operations.

Location:Navi Mumbai

Reporting to:Operations Manager

Criteria: Any Graudate with at least 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.

OTHER SKILLS: 

  • Strong domain knowledge of transportation & related dynamics i.e types of trucks, weight carrying capacities, trucking hubs etc.
  • Should have strong knowledge of MM module/ SAP
  • Strong Team player
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
  • Should be willing to travel if need be.
  • Should have working knowledge of Customs laws.
  • Should have sound knowledge of SAP / Power Bi, Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties.

INTERNAL LIAISONS:   The position requires good communication and teamwork with the Operations team.

EXTERNAL LIAISONS:  The position requires excellent working relationships with stake holders such as CHA, FTWZ team, Transporters, Depot LSP team, internal Operations / CX / Sales& Finance team.

JOB PROFILE : The incumbent will provide support to the Operations Team. Apart from day to day operational activities, would be responsible for monitoring LSP SLAs and drive further efficiencies in network.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Timely system Updation with 100% accuracy
  • Extend support on annual log cost budget and to track it on monthly basis.
  • Control on in transit inventory.
  • To ensure On Time in Full (OTIF)
  • Communication with the HQ team and the local team ensuring data accuracy and processes in SAP.
  • Lead deliveries and handle corresponding documentation related to deliveries and packer collections.
  • Effective communication with internal and external customers related to deliveries.
  • On time Invoice verification of LSP.
  • Timely reconciliation of books with LSP
  • Adherence to global procedural guidelines.
