Position: Executive/Sr. Executive -Customer Service

Department: Sales& Marketing

Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting: Director/ Country Manager – India Operations

Criteria: Any Graduate with experience of 3 + Years in a progressive Customer Service profile or direct marketing experience typically B2B operations/ Distribution activity.

Skills:
Working Knowledge of SAP/Microsoft office/CRM
Knowledge of GST; Duty Structures ( Domestic); INCO Terms
Strong ability to take initiative, Ability to work independently; Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Self driven without much of supervision; Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Should have an excellent sense of priorities& time management skills; Observe and carry out conscientiously the duties and responsibilities that are assigned by supervisor.

Teamwork:
To work as part of a team to achieve a departmental standard.

To work together with other departments& divisions within the organization to identify any process improvement& improves standard,effienciancy & profitability.

Job Purpose:
To be part of the Sales Team responsible for providing Customer Service Support to the Organization by obtaining, analyzing& verifying the accuracy of Order information in a timely manner; Initiates& /or implements corrective action as needed to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction; Prepares Customer Service / Sales Tracker Reports; Co-ordinates handling of difficult &/or unusual situations; Regular Payment follow-up’s; Maintains SAP records.

Job Responsibilities:
Receives processes & verifies the accuracy of orders and sample request from customers utilizing the organization’s internal CRM/ SAP & Customer Purchase Orders & in co-ordination with Sales Managers.
Ensure receipt of Material & Sample at customer end and collect legitimate proof for the same.
Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/ customer information files& communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/ departments.
Ensures & provides quality service to both internal (Inside Sales – Pre-Marketing Surveys…) & external customers
Ensure regular follow up on Payments from the Customers; Co-ordinates with respective Sales Personnel to get issues resolved amicably
Ensure customer requirements are met by following up with Logistics / Warehousing Personnel & conduct a hassle-free execution of the customer orders; Advise Customers on dispatch schedules & details of their orders.
Creates &Maintains updated records on SAP& other internal systems as regards to Customers/Sales / Payments/ Credit Limits.
Co-ordinates with Overseas CSE Team on Direct Orders/ Indents, follow up on shipment schedules, documents & advise customers on a timely manner; Follow up with Customers on ad-hoc requests from the overseas CSE Team.
