Position: Sr. Manager- Sales Co-ordinator

Location: Mumbai

Reporting: CMD/Head-sales

Criteria: Graduate with 5-10 years of experience of Sales, Preferable from Oils and Lubricants/Petro chem. Sector, chemicals, fine chemicals, FMCG, Industrial sales etc.

Work condition: Field/Customer visit, if reqd.

Skills:

  • Tech Savvy with Word, Excel, Power Point Outlook Messenger and ERP
  • Oral and Written English Proficiency, Hindi with preference to local language (as per deputed work location)
  • Added advantage if handling Bulk/OEM/Industrial Sales, B2B customers as sales coordination. 
  • Techno commercial skill, Negotiation & Presentation skills
  • Customer service skills, Sales driven, Results driven, target driven attitude
  • Power point proficiency

Objectives:

  • Lead, guide and provide strategic direction to the Sales Team (Domestic Sales)
  • Purse sales leads and achieve he personal sales objectives territory wise with product range
  • Upright coordination with customer services/Supply chain/logistics personnel
  • Assistance in product promotion, Brand Building, Market Analysis, Competitor data collection

Roles & Responsibilities:

Back End Operations

  • Consolidating reports of day to day sales activities.
  • Coordination with Factory Manager, Sales & Logistics team, on new enquiries, order despatches on a daily basis, generating sales enquiries, sending quotations, preparing proforma invoices.
  • Sending order acceptance to customers in sync with tech documents, specs, quotation, price etc.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of market activities incl.Competitive products, pricing and policies, product specs and possible new products. Communication to management on regular basis.
  • Sound knowledge of tender work, Sending quotations.
  • Coordination with customer and factory for pre and post-despatch formalities.
  • Follow up for payment as per prescribed terms.
  • Coordinating for tender related documentation.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present as and when required in MIS form.
  • Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keep all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • On time processing of quotation and ensuring delivery as per the purchase specs/order
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction through service quality and timely delivery
  • Secure Repeat business through effective customer interface.

SALES AND MARKETING

  • Make cold and warm calls to prospective leads, schedule and follow up;
  • Answer customer questions accurately, escalate upwards lead and customer questions as needed.
  • Update customer and competitive data.
  • Track all Sales, complaints, Status report etc thoroughly for Manager review.
  • Managing Budget for Expenses like Bonuses, Marketing, travel and Incentives.
