Position:   Head Tendering

Location:  CBD Belapur

Criteria: Degree/Diploma(Elecrtical) with 7+  yrs. experience in the Domestic Business Development &  tendering for Electrical Infra Projects .

Responsibility

The position would be responsible for Project Costing, Rate analysis and creating a preliminary costing of tenders available to the company. Reading technical bids and submission of tenders.

  1. Estimation, costing and Documentation required for Tendering - Substation 33/11 KV/LT lines and errection of distance transformers in various states.
  2. Looking for new tenders in market Domestic, short listing & brief synopsis preparation. Floating enquiries of tender, making comparative statements.
  3. Costing of BOQs for Supply & Erection of Electrical, Preparing Tender Bids.
  4. Negotiation to obtain best prices for tendering.
  5. Participating in pre-bid discussions, technical and price bid openings.
  6. Making the technical and commercial bid for the tenders.
  7. Attend the technical and price bid opening.
  8. Follow-up with customers prior to and after the receipt of orders.
  9. Preparing MIS reports for cost cutting and presenting in Monthly Review Meet
