Position: Regional Sales Manager – South
Location: Mumbai (India Head Office)
Reporting to: Sales Director
Reportee: 4
Criteria :Candidates with BSc/ Dip / BE – Civil / Mechanical, MBA preferred, having min 7 yrs experience into Sales and Key Account Management in Material Handling segment. Wire rope application knowledge in crane/ heavy lifting industry.
Working fluency into any South Indian languages/ideally Tamil would be an added advantage.
Willing to travel across india and abroad, valid passport would be an advantage
Responsibilities :
- Candidate will be in front line sales/will work closely with end customers.
- Manage existing customers and generate new customers.
- Responsible for Key Account Management.
- MIS Reporting - will report to management daily on pre-defined reports.
- Will manage a team of junior engineers and support staff that assist in quote making.
- Candidate will have to ensure complete responsibility of the sale process in their zone from enquiry to payment collection.
- Meet business targets and plan for new launches and assist in product development and new market penetration.
