Reporting to :- Tender Head
Department:- Projects & Tender
Criteria :- BE Electrical or Diploma in Electrical with 7 + Years of experience in Tendering
Other Skill Set:-
- Good Knowledge of Tender and project work..
- Knowledge of different web site related to the same.
- Knowledge of standard practices
- Knowledge of activity based on costing.
- Knowledge of the same industry
Job Purpose:- Responsible for New tender, document purchase, auditing, costing , filling of forms.
Job Responsibility:-
- New tender searching online.
- State wise website for tendering.
- Download and purchase documents. (BOQ)
- Study of the documents.
- Materials quotation vendor.
- Vendor details for purchase of materials.
- Costing
- Auditing
- Certification modification
- Forms to be filled
- Site uploading
