Position : Deputy Manager | Manager Technical Service – EBC
Location : Navi Mumbai
Criteria : They are looking for DIP/BE Civil Engr with
4+ yrs of exp in construction chemical with Technical Service experience
The job profile is about
- Provide Technical Support to Sales and Marketing team with marketing tools , documentation , provide technical inputs/recommendations to strategy development based on analysis of product performance in comparison to competitive products
- Provide Technical Support to Customers as trouble shooters and technical consultant, including handling/ follow-up complaints on products technical related issues
- Provide Technical Inputs and recommendations for developing/evaluating product applications, defining marketability, modifications and termination of ineffective products
- Take responsibility for the overall Technical Services & support for Product Segment Management and coordination of interfaces to other departments/functions. Foster continuous innovation in products and processes.
- Develop processes and procedures in Technical Aspects to ensure successful introduction of the defined products
- Training and Development of
- Sales / Marketing & Application Team on product systems
- Applicators and Distributors on product systems and its application.
- Participate as part of a product launch team to ensure smooth introduction of the product in customer serving processes
- Enable cross-business collaboration and synergies to maximize company value including leading a key account as part of Management Development Programme at country level
- Ensure compliance with values & principles, code of conduct and EHS guidelines
