Position:  Distribution Sales Executives  

Location :-  Bangalore 

Criteria    :-  Any Graduate with 1+Years of experience in Construction Chemical ,Building Material Industry
 
Job Description:

  • Identifying and appointing distributors in select locations in co-ordination with the Distribution  manager
  • Maintain and develop relationship with the existing and new distributors
  • Maintain housekeeping of distributors (BIL Agreements, CORTE (LUA) agreement, branding, accounts receivables (balance confirmations, reconciliations).
  • Evaluate existing and new distributors every year and prepare action plan for next year.
  • Support the sales team to improve wallet share of distributors overall business with Company.
  • Handle and resolve issues and complaints of distributors.
  • Prepare plan to drive sales for focus products in B&C market& Customers ;
  • To carry out communication events and develop connect with local distributors, developers/promoters, consultants/engineers, applicators and contractors.
  • Meet and develop connect with local consultants to get approvals of core products.
  • Collect and maintain city wise database of distributors, developers/promoters, consultants/engineers, applicators and contractors.
  • Training of sales team of distributors at regular intervals.
  • Communicate discount schemes, rebates and rewards schemes to distributors, and distribute giveaways and collaterals as per communication plan.
  • Develop network in the territory of influence to generate and maintain data on market development and changes, competitor’s activities, etc.
