Job Position: Finance & Accounts Manager
Location: Surat(Gujarat)
Reporting to: General Manager- Operation
Criteria:- Degree in accounts (B.Com / M.Com) with additional qualification. MBA/CA/CS preferred with 10 - 15 years experience in Accounts / Finance department preferably in MNC
Other Skill:-
- Should possess the required knowledge of finance domain.
- Conversant with SEZ procedures.
- Knowledge of all kinds of audits, statutory compliances etc.
- Responsible for all kind of Audits & Secretarial compliances related to the company.
- Should be able to communicate & work with expats from Switzerland.
- Previous experience of handling the Finance function independently.
Job Summary:
To handle the entire Finance & Accounting activities of the factory. Financial reports as per statuary requirements.
Job Responsibility
- Ensure that all books of accounts are maintained as per requirement.
- Ensure the compliance of all statuary requirements like VAT/ Sales Tax/ Service Tax/ PF/ ESIC/ Factory licenses/Statutory Tax Audits.
- Ensure that the reports are provided to headquarter as per schedule.
- To oversee the day to day work of Accounts & Finance department.
- To work in SAP B1 environment.
- To provide & complete the P&L, Balance sheet etc.
- To have in-depth knowledge of Export / Imports, Forex payments etc.
- Dealing with SEZ & Custom Authorities.a
