Position: Executive Taxation
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: Accounts Manager
Criteria: CA with min 2 yrs years’ experience into Direct Taxation and Accounting
Job Profile
Accounts - Key Deliverables
-
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department -
- Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Finalisation of Accounts , Preparing Various MIS
- Assisting Accounts Manager in day to day accounts work, like passing entries, ledger scrutiny, month/quarter/yearly closing, etc.
- Handling Audits – Internal & External, Statutory Compliance
Taxation – Key Deliverables

- Prepare tax payments, Estimate and track tax returns
- Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
- Organize and update the company’s tax database
- Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
- Direct Taxes – Recovery of all data from system for Income tax scrutiny, CIT(A) and ITAT
- Liasioning with Assessing Officer and with consultant for CIT (A) and ITAT.
- Handling TDS Payment of the Company.
- Tax Life Cycle Management like TDS/TCS/TDS Receivable, Tax Audit, Filing of Return, Scrutiny, CIT (Appeals) and ITAT.
- Handling Tax Audit.
