Position: Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition
Location : New Marine Lines (Mumbai)
Reporting to: CHRO
What are we looking from You?
- Graduates with PG/MBA in HR having strong 8 to 12 years’ experience in End to End Talent Acquisition for all business verticials , hiring Leadership positions.
- Experience with HRIS, Sourcing and Recruitment tools. Manufacturing Industry experience is preferred
What this position will be responsible for?
- Complete Talent Acquisition Process Ownership for All Business Verticals at Pan India Level
- Strategic TA Planner – Short Term & Long Term .
- Man-Power Planning , Budgeting , Succession Plan
- Adapt , Embrace , Implement – Latest TA practices across the industries.
- New TA initiative .
Your Deliverables
• Responsible for End to End Talent Acquisition function
• Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
• Employer Branding – GET Programs and Campus Hiring
• Leadership Hiring- Strategic planning for Confidential and Top Management hiring
• Managing external business partners
• Partners with the Human Resources Management Team to direct, define and develop Leadership Development Programs across the organization.
