Criteria:- LLB with2 + years of Experience
Job profile:
1. DRAFTING/REVIEWING OF CONTRACTS/OTHER DOCUMENTS
- Drafting/Vetting, providing comments and assisting in negotiations with regard to Contractor and sub-contractor Agreements;
- Drafting of the new contracts as well as the existing contracts required by DEPL from time to time for instance contracts with vendors, service providers and employees
- Drafting/vetting of other documents related to Projects;
- New Projects related legal opinion/advice
2. LITIGATION SUPPORT
- Reply to legal notices served upon the Company or its officials.
- Draft and serve legal notices for and on behalf of the Company
- Litigation support (Civil Law, Criminal Law, Consumer Law, Labour Laws, Industrial Laws, Environment Law, Taxation Law, IPR infringement and other related Laws applicable to DEPL India)
- Any other legal advice and services as and when required
