Position title: Dy. Manager - Marketing
Reporting to: Marketing Manager – India
Location: Navi Mumbai
Criteria: Graduate with MBA/ PGDM – Marketing & with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Job Responsibility:
- Market intelligence — Know the Business & Consumer Context
- Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
- Product management: Portfolio assortment management & Tracking, in-depth Analysis.
- New product launches: Collaborate with product management and marketing communications
- to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer persons.
- Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Develop a marketing plan & control the Marketing Calendar.
- Oversee the Marketing Budget.
- Manage the PR, Digital & Media Agencies deliverables
- Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an Ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
- Be a thought leader for the Portfolio: New Ideas, Innovative methods& channels of communication to the customer.
- New Projects: Build the premium line of products for the brand, gain market share and maintain brand image.
- Digital Amplification: Understand the medium across touchpoints, social, online, email, SMS.
- Understanding of Ecommerce: How it works, what is required etc, how to leverage it for the brand.
- Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
Key Skills and experience
- Candidate with good communications skills.
- Experience in dealing of luxuries products
