Position : Manager – Business HR
Location : Nashik / Manecknagar
Reporting to: Business CEO
Criteria:
MBA in HR with min 10 yrs exp managing Business HR function in manufacturing organisation . Business HR function ( Generalist with Recruitment, L&D, Talent management, OD initiatives) . Knowledge of Marathi language. (Read and Speak) .
Objective :
The incumbent would be responsible for bringing in HR focus to the organization. Responsible for cascading and monitoring the Balanced Scorecard, Performance Management and Organizational Development.
Training and Development ,Employee Engagement & Talent Acquisition
Responsibility:
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Conduct Employee engagement surveys.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Balanced Scorecard implementation.
- Recruitment - Talent Management and Succession Planning
- OD initiatives, Learning & Development in coordination with Corporate HR.
