Position: - Depot/Operations executive
Location: - Chennai
Criteria: -
- Any graduate with exp. of 5 - 6 years.
- Communication skill in English is a must.
- The incumbent should be a good team player who is ready to travel across the country.
Objective: - The fundamental objective of depot executive operation is to accurately and effectively maintain inventory of company IBCs at 4 state depots of India.
Job Responsibility: -
This role of depot executive encompasses the following:
- Inventory readiness planning at depot level as per the customer schedule and standards.
- Preparation of transit documents/tax forms for dispatches from state depots.
- Assisting in reconciliation of physical stock versus SAP stock/stock card finalization. He would also be responsible for internal and external stock audit.
- Responsible for record keeping of necessary inward and outward documents / registers for 4 state depots to meet the VAT audit compliance.
- Monitoring the housekeeping and depot standards as per company requirements.
- Supporting the Operations Manager on an as-needed basis.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
KPIs for this particular role:
- Depot inventory accuracy 100%.
- 95% On time delivery deliverables should be met by each depot.
Documentation record keeping as per VAT compliance
