This position is on 3rd Party Payroll on yearly renewable basis. 

Designation: Learning & Development Co-ordinator

Location: Juinagar

Qualification :  Any Graduate with Min 2 +  years’ experience

 Job Description

  1. Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of staff learning and development programs and the implementation of an annual corporate training plan and budget.
  2. Vendor Management – Responsible for the entire process from Registration to Payment
  3. Liaise with training providers to ensure correct setup and equipment requirements are provided.
  4. Coordinate for all logistic activities which are relevant for “in-house” training programs
  5. Prepare reports on training effectiveness
  6. Assist with all Learning & Development Initiatives
  7. Manage MIS and Feedback Analysis
  8. Coordination and logistics of talent events
