Position: Assistant Manager R&D /Manager(R&D) – Polymer & Papers
Location: Taloja Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: GM R&D
Criteria:
M.Tech / Ph.D. Emulsion Polymer with 5 – 10 Years in water based emulsion polymer with acrylic /styrene acrylic/SBR chemistry preferably for Polymer industry
Technical Skill Sets
- Product development/improvement,
- Scale up development, Managerial ability,
- Knowledge on ISO 9001, 14001, 18001,
- TPM & RC.
- Safe handling of chemicals and Instrumentation
Soft Skills
- Presentation, communication, Good writing ability, Team building and motivation to team.
Job Description

- Cost reduction
- Scale up
- Process Modification
- Good report writing/communication with cross functional teams.
