Job Position     :         Data Entry Executive

Location           :         Gandhidham(Kandla)

Reporting        :           Manufacturing – Head

Criteria           :           BSC, BCom – Computer certification courses NIIT – SAP/ MS Office with 2-3 years of industrial experience is preferred.

Key Skills:

The desired candidates will preferably a graduate Science or Commerce with an experience working in a Process / unit operations industry especially on SAP

Environment, Should have 1-2 Years with relevant SAP experience is a must.

Operational:

  • SAP Transactions MB51 MB52 MD04 MM01-03, MB5B
  • SAP Goods Receipt Booking GRN
  • MIGO
  • Production Records entry (Log Sheets) to check as per SAP Bill of Materials
  • Material Transfers between Plants / locations
  • Inventory Reconciliation and System Updates
  • Monthly reports generation on production data

Job Description: 

  • Manage company SAP ( G1) Data entry  Booking of GRN – FG , Production Bill of Materials ( Log Sheets) at the manufacturing site of Toller.
  • Reporting MIS on Finished Good/Yields and Losses by the way of System generated Reports , Generate Stock reports and Periodically reconcile with Toller Team ,
  • Should coordinate internal and External teams on the SAP entries and changes time to time , Should be able to resolve technical related issues to enable smooth functioning of SAP related to manufacturing transactions
  • Should communicate /address / resolve transaction issues between Company / Toller most effectively in line with executed manufacturing agreement.
