Job Position : HR Executive
Location : Tarapur
Criteria:
- MBA- HR, MA –IR & PM , MLW or MSW
- 7~10 years of experience in Pharma Manufacturing plant is must.
- Must have exposure in End to End Recruitment and Training & Development.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills – Oral & Written
Job Description:
- Recruitment- Effectively utilizes tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and social channels to source candidates.
- Demonstrate success in direct sourcing techniques to include cold calling and internet searches.
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns (walk-ins and campus recruitment), internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.
- Build relationships with team members, candidates, the HR wider community and professional network.
- Track and follow-up on all candidates; evaluated on the ability to connect with potential candidates and set interviews.
- Gaining market intelligence including and understanding of the talent landscape in targeted geographic locations.
- Making initial candidate contact and building relationships with the primary focus on lead generation and development of new candidate prospects.
- Recruitment under skill development programme such as NETAP, Apprentice, and other.
- Generation of monthly MIS reports, Monitor the manpower budget and monitor the attrition rate.
- Training & Development
Pl Note: The client has Canteen Facility & pickup & drop facility from Boisar Station.
