Position: Sales Executive –Healthcare
Report to: Regional Sales Manager
Department/Function: Health Care
Location: Chennai
Criteria:
The incumbent must be a Science Graduate with experience in Pharma/Healthcare Industry
Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in sales.

- Should have good technical knowledge of all the products
- Good techno-commercial skills
- Good innovative skills for introducing new sales strategies
- Good knowledge and acumen of system –designs in hospitals
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good IT skills

Purpose of the position:
The position holder need to handle the sales of medical gases, bring more revenue to the company and explore
new market areas.
Principal responsibilities
- Achieve sales target on time.
- Increase the market for the company products by exploring new markets and other potential avenues
- Increase sales and bring more revenue to the company.
- Introduce new sales strategies to beat the competitors and capture the cream of the market.
- Proper knowledge of the pulse of the market.
- Negotiating with the customers for the right terms of contract.
- Timely collection of outstanding or credit revenues from the customers.
- Handling of the dealers and assets for their proper management.
- Interacting with different departments in times of complex problems.
- Preparing reports on fortnightly basis, reports on monthly targets achieved and YTD(Year Till Date)
- achievements of targets reports, AMTP(Advance Month Tour Plan) reports
- Organize Customer Engagement activities for Product
- Travel to New Geographies & build a active prospect funnel for all segments of Healthcare business
