Position : Plant Head HR
Location : Silvassa
Reporting to : Plant Operation Head
Reportees : 3 People
Criteria :
- MBA/MSW /MLS with min 12 to 15 years exp in handling HR functions for Plant. Gujarati –Language is Must
- Must have strong exp into Plant Statutory/Regulatory Compliance, TPM- E&T Pillar Lead, Plant HR Safety Aspects
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible to handle complete ER-HR-IR for entire plant for 800 employees
- Handling the complete IR and HR function of the plant.
