Position: Marketing Assistant
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting To: Brand Manager
Criteria: Any Graduate with 2+ Years of experience in General Marketing coordination.
Personal Attribute
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Basic understanding of marketing operations
- Proficiency in Excel/trackers and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Data analytics is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Administration
- Support execution of brand campaigns, digital activations, and day-to-day marketing activities and cross-team coordination
- Assist in rollout of marketing initiatives & coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, agencies, procurement, finance)
Vendor & Agency Management
- Coordinate with agencies, influencers, and vendors for campaign execution
- Manage contracts, documentation, and deliverables tracking
- Ensure timely payments and smooth vendor operations
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation
- Track brand performance using internal data & create basic reports
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Audit & Compliance
- Track and support marketing audit requirements
- Ensure documentation and processes are compliant with internal guidelines
Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and purchase order creation
Influencer & PR Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for influencer campaigns
- Track deliverables, timelines, and content approvals
Salon Shoot Execution
- Assist in planning and coordination of salon shoots
- Manage logistics, scheduling, and on-ground support
E-commerce & Trade GWP (Gift With Purchase)
- Plan and track GWP pipeline across e-commerce and trade channels
- Coordinate production, inventory, and dispatch
- Ensure timely execution aligned with campaign calendars
