Position: Regional HR Generalist 

Location: Navi Mumbai 

Reporting To: HR Manager (Asia) & Country Manager, India 

Criteria: MBA(HR) with 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist. 

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes related to recruitment, onboarding, and exits. 
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Competencies: 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Coordinates with internal teams and external vendors effectively
  • Handles exceptions or escalations in a timely manner 
  • Meets deadlines for reporting and compliance submissions 

Organization Relationship & Protocol:

  • INTERNAL LIAISONS: Internal teams, Global HR Team 
  • EXTERNAL LIAISONS: Vendors.

Job Summary: Would be responsible to  serve as a strategic HR partner and administrative lead for Company India’s  operations. This dual-impact role requires translating business priorities into actionable people plans while overseeing day-to-day office facilities, procurement, and vendor management. Would be a proactive multitasker, able to provide evidence-based support to leaders while ensuring a productive and well-maintained work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning organizational design, workforce plans, and change initiatives with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and HRBP check-ins with teams to anticipate talent risks and implement proactive actions.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Support:

  • Coordinate end-to-end hiring for critical roles, managing requisitions, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment to ensure a premium candidate experience. 
  • Standardize interview logistics and feedback loops while streamlining handoffs with agencies and internal panels. 

Performance Management & Talent Reviews:

  • Drive annual goal setting and check-in rhythms 
  • Facilitate calibration sessions, succession discussions, and IDPs.

 Engagement Culture & Communications:

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives, including townhalls, wellbeing sessions (yoga, stress management), and recognition celebrations. 
  • Build internal communications to clarify policy changes, program timelines, and leadership messages. 
  • Manage monthly/quarterly recognition cycles.

HR Operations, Compliance & Analytics:

  • Handle employee relations and HR administration (leave planning, documentation) with high confidentiality.
  • Support compliance activities and audits, ensuring strict adherence to statutory policies and POSH governance.
  • Manage petty cash, process vendor invoices, and coordinate travel requirements.
  • Lead procurement processes for annual health insurance (GHI & GPA) and workmen’s compensation. 

Office, Facility & Vendor Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance of office premises, electrical equipment (AC, fire extinguishers), and pantry hygiene.
  • Manage company vehicle upkeep, including servicing, insurance renewals, and PUC certification.
  • Lead procurement processes: source quotations, negotiate terms, and manage office/IT supplies.
  • Coordinate office leases, licensing, and vendor agreements, ensuring the creation of Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP.
