Position: Site Execution Engineer
Location: Thane
Reporting to : Project Manager and Director
Criteria: BE/BTech Civil Engineering with 3+ years of experience of Site Execution in construction.
Key Skills:
● Strong hands-on site experience (mandatory)
● Knowledge of RCC cycle, BBS, quantity calculations
● Ability to handle site pressure independently
● AutoCAD & MS Excel knowledge required
Key Responsibilities:
● Day-to-day site execution and supervision
● RCC works: shuttering, reinforcement, concreting
● Reading and executing drawings (structural & architectural)
● Contractor and labour management
● Material planning and reconciliation
● Quality control and safety compliance
● Coordination with consultants and project manager
