Position: Marketing & Brand Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting To: Marketing & Brand Manager
Criteria: Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred) with 1+ Years in Marketing / Trade Marketing / Brand Support role(internship Experience can we considered )from FMCG/Building Materials/Consumer Durables Industry
Key Skills:
● Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, comfortable with basic data analysis and dashboarding.
● Good written and verbal communication in English; Hindi and one regional language is a plus.
● Basic understanding of brand building, trade marketing and BTL activation
● High ownership, speed, and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
● Willingness to travel for on-ground events and market visits when required.

● Structured, detail-oriented and reliable in follow-through.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
● Collaborative mindset – able to work closely with sales teams and external partners.
Job Purpose:
Support the Marketing & Brand Manager in executing brand, trade marketing and communication initiatives for the Company, with a strong focus on Traditional Trade and key expansion states.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Campaign Execution:
● Assist in planning and executing ATL/BTL campaigns for Loctite and other Company's brands in India.
● Coordinate development of POSM, display units, and in-store visibility elements with agencies and vendors.
● Track campaign roll-outs and prepare post-activity reports with photos, spends, and basic effectiveness metrics.
Trade & Channel Marketing:
● Support design and execution of dealer/distributor schemes, loyalty programs and retailer activation plans.
● Coordinate distributor meets, influencer meets (carpenters/contractors) and product demos – invitations, logistics, collaterals, and on-ground support.
● Maintain and update the trade marketing calendar for key states and cities.
Content & Digital Support:
● Work with agencies to develop basic content for social media, WhatsApp creatives, product leaflets and PowerPoint decks.
● Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communication and touchpoints.
Data, Reporting & Coordination:
● Consolidate market feedback, competitor activity, and sales inputs from state managers into simple trackers/presentations.
● Prepare regular MIS for marketing initiatives – spends vs budget, material deployment status, event attendance, etc.
● Liaise closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners (agencies, printers, event vendors) to ensure timely execution.
Admin & Operations:
● Manage marketing material inventory (POSM, Gift Items, Catalogues) – ordering, dispatch tracking, and stock reporting.
● Support processing of marketing POs, GRs and vendor bills in coordination with Finance and Procurement.
