About Client: Supplier of Specialty Chemicals

Position: Customer Service-Executive
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: SCM Head
Criteria: Any Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Customer Services (preferably Chemical Industry) & experience in handling Import/Export Shipments.
Proficient with Excel (especially VLookup & Pivot Table functions), Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Team for executing Customer Orders
Create Invoice, Purchase Order, Deliveries in SAP system
Import & Export Logistics
Co-ordination with Warehouse, Transporters, Customers for Deliveries
Payment Follow-up with Customers
Maintaining Records of Receivable Payments from Customers.
Supplier follow-ups for receipt of Materials
Experience of working on SAP-ERP
Admin activities such as handling Hotel Booking for Meeting/Training/Seminar, AC Service Contract, Travel Agent, etc.
