Position: Officer-Instrumentation
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting To: Head - Instrumentation
Criteria: B.E(Instrumentation) with 2+ Years /Diploma(Instrumentation) with 4+ Years of Experience in Instrumentation Maintenance from Process Industry(like Steel or Paper Industry).
Functional Skills:
Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems like PLC SCADA; DCS; Drives; VFDS’.
Hands-on experience with calibration and maintenance of equipments
Knowledge of advanced process control and optimization methods.
Familiarity with safety standards, ATEX/IECEX standards for hazardous environments.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Execution of instrumentation projects
Knowledge of communication protocols like, Modbus, Profibus, and ethernet etc.
Knowledge of working with software for configuring instruments.
Exposure to industry 4.0, concepts like IOT, predictive maintenance etc.
Good communication skills
Knowledge of Fire alarm and detection systems, fire suppression systems, CO2 flooding systems
Knowledge of P and ID diagrams; loop diagrams.
Knowledge of IMS standards and documentation.

Accountabilities:
Down time control in shift duties
PPM and projects plant upgradation
Contact people and trainee Engineers management
Spares and Inventory monitoring and record
Ensure energy conservation and optimum use of natural resources
Statutory requirements Documentation
Job Responsibilities:
Attending breakdowns related to instrumentation.
Online replacement of parts
D/T data collection and report
CAPA implementation
Completion of PPM activities as per schedule.
Calibration of equipment
Implementation of the new design changes
Monitoring and measuring the parameters
Report generation
Routine maintenance and Monitoring
Create healthy, learning atmosphere in team
Effective job work done from contractors
Maintain storage locations and upkeep the list of spares
Time to time review of stock items
Monitor monthly consumption
Encon projects
Identify Kaizen/EHS projects
Effective implementation of project within time frame
Maintain records of the Stamping and calibration of the weighing balance
