Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting To: Director

Criteria: BE in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering with 5+ Years of experience in Sales & Marketing from Oil & Gas Automation Industry.

Job Environment: 80% Field – to customer sites, project sites - includes travel across India 20% Office - as and when required.

Job Profile: 

Shall be primarily responsible for business development and sales for European make Telemetry Units and other related products used in Cryogenic and LPG Installations as well specialized equipment/instruments used in Hospitals. He shall be responsible towards business development, generating sales and margins for the company, monitoring, controlling and implementing the Sales Plan and overall business development in the assigned territory. 

General Functions – Business Development cum Sales & Marketing:

• Preparation of a clear business plan and implementation of the same. 

• Expanding the customer network - Sales through Distributors / Direct Customers 

• Developing a Sales and Service Team 

• Update the management on competition and market feedback on performance. 

• Mapping the business areas for designated areas of operation. 

• Maintain SPANCO. 

• Achieving sales & margin targets 

• Carry out activities to enhance brand image/ participation in workshops/exhibitions/trade fairs. 

• Market analysis with respect to competition and highlight the grey areas to the management. Marketing setup 

• Network establishment 

• Promotion activity at regular intervals. - Carry out activities to enhance brand image/ participation in workshops/exhibitions/trade fairs.
