Position: Senior Manager /Deputy General Manager-Operations
Location: Dumad, Vadodara, Gujarat(Terminal Locations)
Reporting To: Terminal Head
Criteria: Diploma/BE/BTech with 10+ years of experience in POL Terminal.

Job Purpose: Ensure efficient and safe Operation of POL Terminals.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Ensure efficient and safe Operation of POL Terminals Maintaining Stock loss performance within the approved limit by adhering to the SOP’s and guidelines of Terminal Operations.

To achieve operations targets by adhering to an approved budget.

To ensure operational excellence viz-a-viz process efficiency and cost efficiency by planning and controlling operational activities of the Terminal, making optimal use of available resources and by adhering to SOPs / company policies on HSSE.

To build and maintain excellent stakeholder relations by liaising with and ensuring effective and timely communication with all internal (HSSE, QC, Maintenance, Finance, HR) and external stakeholders.

To ensure 100% compliance to IQCM, AQCM and all applicable statutory and legal requirements at the Terminal.

To prepare and implement SOPs for various operational activities and ensure adherence to the same.

To prepare and regularly monitor compliance status of various audit / inspection recommendations / contracts (security, haulage & rail loading, etc.) / agreement terms & conditions.

To ensure overall development of team members by providing regular feed-forward discussions and providing developmental interventions.
