Position: Executive-SHE

Location: Kurkumbh(Pune)

Reporting To: Site SHE & Sustainability Manager

Criteria: B.E/B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical) with Advanced Diploma In Industrial Safety(ADIS) with 5+ Years of experience in Construction Safety, Process safety, industrial safety, or a related field. Experience in implementation of ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 50001).

Technical Knowledge:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Safety Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

  2. Safety Protocols: Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices.

  3. Training and Awareness: Provide safety training and awareness programs for workers, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency procedures, and safe work practices.

  4. Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training sessions, and safety equipment maintenance.

  6. Compliance: Ensure that all safety and health regulations are followed.

  7. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness for various emergency scenarios.

  8. Communication: Act as a liaison between management and workers to address safety concerns and ensure effective communication regarding safety issues.

  9. Safety Equipment: Oversee the use, maintenance, and proper storage of safety equipment and gear.

  10. Reporting: Prepare and submit safety reports and audits to management, highlighting safety performance and areas for improvement.

  11. Risk Assessment: Participate and coordinate to conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses (such as HAZOP & risk analysis) to identify potential process safety hazards and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
