Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Co-Founder
Criteria: Any graduate in Graphic Design or a related field with 3+ experience in Printing and Packaging Industry.
Key Skills:

Proficiency in design software knowledge of CDR is a must, with knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Understanding of printing work along and challenges therein

Creativity and an eye for detail

Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

A good understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Create designs that meet the client’s or the company’s visual requirements and communicate the desired message effectively.

Design graphics and layouts for products as per printing/packaging specification
-
Work with printers or other vendors to ensure that the final product meets the required specifications.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends and software tools
