Job Title: Secretary (Assistant)
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Business Head-Operations
Criteria: Any Graduate/ Diploma with 2+ experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant.

Proficient in MS Office and Office Management Software (e.g., MS Outlook)

Job Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages) and prioritize accordingly

Answer phone calls in a professional manner

Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries

Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other meeting materials

Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents

Handle confidential information with discretion

Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies

Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners

Undertake occasional errands as required
