Job Title: Secretary (Assistant)

Location: Mumbai 

Reporting to: Business Head-Operations

Criteria: Any Graduate/ Diploma with 2+ experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant.

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office and Office Management Software (e.g., MS Outlook)

  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills

  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Abilities

  • Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills

  • Ability to Prioritize Tasks and Work Independently

  • Discretion and Confidentiality

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

  • Manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages) and prioritize accordingly

  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries

  • Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other meeting materials

  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies

  • Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners

  • Undertake occasional errands as required
