Position: Senior Manager Production
Location: Nashik
Criteria: Diploma/BTech/BE in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ Years of experience in Production.
Key Skills:

Good Interpersonal Skills and Team Management.

In-depth knowledge of production processes: Machine Shop, Press Shop, Weld Shop, Die Casting, Galvanizing, Tool Room, Plasma Cutting, Spacer Damper

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Management
-
Resource Utilization – Man, Material, Machine
-
Manage Operational Cost
-
Product development - new products, fixtures, tools planning. Provide decision about equipment use, maintenance and modifications
-
Driving quality/improvement programs – 100% compliance to ISO standards, Kaizen generation, ongoing process, 5 S activity.
-
Drive and implement new techniques of production.
-
To monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
-
To ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, project management etc.

To estimate production costs and implement cost reduction programs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards operating procedures, providing resources and training.
