Job Position : Regional Sales Manager South
Location : Chennai
Reporting to : National Manager South
Reportees : 8
Criteria:
BE or B Tech. (Mechanical/Chemical/Production) and Post Graduate in Marketing or Sales with 13-15+ years (5+ years into team handling)
Skills:
The incumbent is expected to have high degree of Technical knowledge and business understanding, good man management skills and high analytical skills.
Job Purpose:
To meet sales target as per operating plan and to lead the technical sales team of the specified regions
Key Dimensions
The incumbent is expected to deal with customers, agents, vendors and dealers externally. Internally, the incumbent comes in contact with the regional management, supply chain function, manufacturing function, commercial function, marketing function, sales function and stores and warehousing function.
Job Description:
- To interaction with sales teams for follow ups
- To visit customers and dealers along with the team
- To field train the sales engineers
- To interacting with the supply chain function
- To meet other departments on a regular basis
