Job Position :Sr HR Executive
Location :Taloja
Criteria:
- Female Candidate with full time postgraduate course in
- MA –IR & PM , MLW - or MSW
- 6~8 year of experience at Manufacturing plant is must
- Enrollment as Welfare officer at DISH –Maharashtra State
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills – Oral & Written
- Computer skills

Job Description:
- Will be responsible for Statutory compliances like PF , ESIC , Apprentice Act & other labour statues
- Time attendance system, payroll and salary processing
- Employee welfare, including Canteen , Transportation, Hospitalization benefits others
- Shop floor discipline, reduction of absenteeism, Grievance redressal .
- New joining formalities and HR MIS
- Campus recruitments & on boarding process.
- Labour laws and statutory compliances, Government Laison
- HR MIS matrices , People Soft , Other HR process software
- Employee engagement ,Wellness, Celebration like Cultural day , Sports Day
- Contract labour management & Control
- Security and Gate house management
- Coordinate training & Development activities
- HR /Payroll /Statutory audits
- Local environment management & CSR
